Do the Flip Books actually exist?  If so, why can't they be accessed?   A blank, black page in Iceweasel is not much help.   Does a real manual exist for DraftSight?  Something with an Index?   The getting started pdf may help, but it doesn't look like it allows one to do their own drawing without spending a lot of time to get through the whole thing.
