I have a file that will not go through the recovery process. When I answer "yes" to the recovery dialog box it just disappears and nothing happens. Any suggestions on next steps? Can I send this file to anyone at DraftSight for a recovery process?

Side note: It became corrupt during a normal saving process or at least that was when the first error occurred. Also, when I tried to recover via the normal steps, the back-up file completely disappeared and I cannot locate it anywhere. Thanks!
