When I select >File >Open I get the command correctly but the file selection window doesn't pop up.  I have to enter the filename I would like to open in the command line.  If I close all drawings and select >File >Open then the window pops up and I can select a file or multiple files and they open fine.  I am running SP2 and currently downloading SP3 to see if there is a fix.

The problem occurred suddenly yesterday after several weeks of using SP2.  I have uninstalled all Draftsight software and started from the earliest version I have.  The problem re-manifests at SP1 and remains in SP2.  

Currently I have to do a >Wiindow >Close All each time I want to add another drawing to those I am editing.

UPDATE:  The problem also exists with >Save As, >Save, >New, >Export
