The Load preview window seems to display based on the view at the time the drawing was last saved. I would suggest the view in this preview window always be 'fit to window' (optionally with scroll zoom functionality added). The current functionality allows for the potential, if not likelihood, of the preview window being rendered useless, as a user is quite likely to simply save and close at the current view when finished editing and not bother zooming back out to a view/zoom they do not need to see.
