Several months ago I requested a file exchange for Draftsight 2017. I have a liscence agreement with Dassault for my 2017. However one my employees downloaded a trial version of 2020 and it overwrote my 2017.. 

I was sent a link for the exchange, due to extenuating circumstances I was unable to access it before it expired. Is there anything that can be done to help me.
