Wow, an extremely impressive piece of software. Switching from linux to mac os x lion, I had to give up bricscad, which is pretty close to AutoCad, whitch I started with years. DraftSight seems to response for my needs. Most functions work as expected without any further investigation or learning. Great!

To have a smooth and quick workflow, one constantly needs to move around at all of the drawing details. I really would like to have a fast keyboard-mouse combination for dynamic panning. Something like keeping the alt or command key down, then panning the drawing with mouse. Releasing the keyboard button would stop dynamic panning.

Or maybe there already is a chance for this setup, only I haven't found it?
