With V1R3 x64 the command's dialog box ends with an error box : The file test.txt could not be opened (where test.txt is the template file selected in the dialog box).

Yes the file exists and is in the right format according to iquestion:1358...

Same problem with both Windows and Ubuntu version.

'blockattributeoutput' command works...

Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug in this version?

Sample template file:

CHAN N003000

GEL1 C010000

Where CHAN and GEL1 are defined block attributes.
