Hello, I have a program (Cone Layout) that creates flat patterns for cones and exports the file as a dxf file. However, I need to add an extra 1-2 inch extension to the arc/flat patterns to account for a seam/overlap allowance on the cone (the original generating software does not account for this). Can someone please help explain how I can go about getting this done in DS? I have attached a sample of the generated dxf file (converted to dwg for the purpose of uploading to this forum). Also below is an image file illustrating what I'd like to accomplish. I will greatly appreciate any help I can get. Thank you in advance.
