I imported a dxf, added a few notes as text (and a leader with a balloon circle).  I saved as DWG (R0013) and DXF (ASCII 13).  Draftsight can read both of those back.

Outside readers (such as E-drawings) imports the DXF, but does not show the new entities.

What am I missing?
