I am unable to create new entities with locations in relation to another entity. For example, I just created a rectangle. I now want to draw another rectangle 10" to the right of the bottom right corner of the first rectangle (lets call this Point A). Previously I was able to type "RECT", hover the curser over "Point A", slide the cursor to the right and when the Etrack lines show, I would enter "10" into the keyboard and press enter. This would give me a start point for a rectangle 10" to the right of "Point A".

Draftsight is no longer doing this. It seemingly puts my entity at a random coordinate. Please help.
