In DraftSight 2020, I have lost the selection box that would appear in the center of the crosshairs when inserting fastener holes which would allow me to snap to a center point or exact position of an entity on my drawings. Which setting am I missing? it appears on all other functions except for when inserting Fasteners or Holes.
