I am unable to obtain accurate placement of line segments connections. If I draw line segments in a serial fashion, they connect (checked by zooming). If I draw a triangle so that I return to the beginning of the first line segment, I can't snap directly to it. Even though the Esnap says it has found the end of the line, the final position will have squirted over to one side. I have tried changing the preferences for user and system, and still have this problem. Does anyone have any idea what to do? The position shift due to the squirt can be anywhere from 0.0001" to 0.010"
