Both my Tools > Options and Esnap commands do not work.  The results are the same for both.  When I click on ESnap my command window displays "Tab Index >>3" and the program freezes.  When I click on the Tools > Options command my command bar displays _OPTIONS.  Both result in the program freezing, but I am able to escape the freeze using the Esc or Enter key.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program without success.  I am running 2016 Draftsight  x64 for Windows.
