Hello, 

I Recently Installed Installed DraftSight 2017 x64 SP1 to address an Issue that i was having with the previous release (crashing at startup). Since installing the new version I have been unable to join lines at ESnap locations. Every time i try to draw a line at an existing ESnap location (endpoint, midpoint, etc.) there will be a gap or overlap between the new line and the existing point, they never seem to meet at the indicated location. This also occurs with the move and copy functions as well. It typically takes several attempts to get the points to meetup as intended. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Notes:

1. ESnaps are enabled in the settings window and all the desired geometries and references are selected. 

2. The ESnap icons are visible when trying to place the line or object. 

3. The workstation is running Windows 7 Professional.
