Hello,

When I try to open the following DWG files, i receive an error message. When I click on 'Yes' a blank file opens and when I click on 'No' it says it is unable to open the file. The client has no issue opening this file, so the problem seems to be on my side.

How can I open these files correctly? 
Is there e-mail adress where I can receive support by the devellopers for this issue?

I'm using the 2020 version of Draftsight with a standard license.
