I upgraded all of my computers to Windows 8, 64 bit.  I then downloaded DraftSight for 64 bit Win8.  Each time I try to start DraftSight or open an existing dwg file, I get this error message:

"LoadLibrary failed with error 126: The specified module could not be found"

What should I do to correct this?

Added Info 3/9:  Tried to remove DraftSight, clean registry, and redownload from scratch.  Still the same exact error (above) when I try to open it up.  Is this a problem with Windows 8, 64 bit?
