Hi, 

An email was sent to the client saying that all versions of Draftsight would stop unless they installed the service pack before the 1 March.

The client installed the latest service pack, and the installation did not complete, he then uninstalled everything and did a clean installation of the 2017 version.

From what I've read on the web, the later versions are not compatible with XP.

What version of draftsight is compatible with XP and how can he roll back to an older version so he can complete his job.
