Hi all, DraftSight software will not upgrade/uninstall/reinstall.

Screenshot attached of the error, 

User had previous version installed but is met by the error "the program is missing critical files to start correctly, please reinstall the software"

On re-install/uninstall an error pops up "error 1721"

Has anyone seen this before, many thanks.
