I am having great difficulty in resolving the above issue, despite referring to the solutions suggested by previous contributors to the forum..

I'm using Windows 8.1 and initially locating the 'Application Data'  folder wasn't easy. Once found, I'm finding that it cannot be moved / re-named as suggested as  a way of sorting out the problem. I am amazed that it is proving to be this difficult to download the program (something that I didn't have any problem with when using Windows Vista, but the '2015' of DraftSight version doesn't appear  to be compatible with that version of Windows).

This is a download  issue that 'DraftSight' should be sorting out  - and not leaving it to users of the program to resolve.

Further help would be most welcome. It's all extremely frustrating!
