How does it work?

Each time I click it nothing happens. I have a file loaded from the Solidworks Enterprise vault that has card values assigned and I am trying to change the title block in Draftsight to a block that has attributes linked to card variables. The existing titleblock of the dwg file just loaded is not linked. I delete the old titleblock that is not linked after loading into Draftsight, cleanup any unused references/elements, insert the new titleblock that has blockattributes linked to card variables, and then click the update current icon from the PDM menu. Nothing is filled in. The blockattribute/card value update works if I type the attributes in Draftsight and then save to the Enterprise vault so I know the mapping is correct. Please advise your thoughts or help me adjust my procedure if incorrect.
