I used to add viewports to the sheets by first drawing a rectangle or a circle and then View->View Tiles->Entity Viewport then selecting my rectangle or circle and that's it viewport created and modifiable. I can do that now, but I cannot change many properties, for instance I can't resize it, I can't change the scale, all that is blued-out at the moment. If I create a viewport as "Single Tile" then it works fine, but it is always a rectangle and I sometimes need circles. I have used this a lot and I don't know what to do or how to fix this problem.
