We are looking for the best practice for setting up custom commands and a custom workspace in DraftSight 2026 Enterprise. The goal is to share this workspace with approximately 80 employees and to be able to modify and update the custom workspace and command scripts as needed.
In addition, we would like to include custom tabs and command buttons in our workspace, so users can access our internal tools and workflows directly from the DraftSight interface.
Could you please advise on the recommended approach for this setup? In particular, we would like to understand:
- How custom commands, custom tabs, command buttons, and workspaces should be created and managed
- The best way to distribute the workspace to all users
- How updates to the workspace and command scripts should be handled
- Any key settings, file locations, or administrative practices we should follow
- Potential risks or limitations we should be aware of
