In Windows 7 (64bit) In Draftsight after installing new version (V1R3 64bit) entering national (polish) characters in notes stopped working.

Special characters are entered by pressing right alt and letters l, a, c, z, e (and other).

It was working in previous version of Draftsight and is working in other applications.

Copying and pasting polish characters from other applications into notes works.

Please help me solve this problem.
