I have a DWG file that is stuck on fractions, I can manually override individual measurements, but the file as a whole ignores settings and is stuck on fractions. if I Wblock any of it, the new file is also stuck on fractions. if I copy even a single line from it into a different DWG the other DWG becomes the same way.

Effectively, it's fraction poison for DWG. any suggestions on fixing it would be appreciated.
