DS2019sp3 installation error : upgrade procedure from DS2018 to DS2019sp3.

During the installation I receive the following error message "the installation package is not supported by the type of processor being used. Contact the product supplier".  

I have already verified that the system configuration is instead included in the compatibility list

I have also sent an email to the assistance service but I have not yet received a satisfactory answer
