Maybe someone got same problem with solution?

After payment, I renewed license in DraftSight but now program is always crashing. Our IT tried a clean install but that was not possible. Is there any way to get the program runnning because I need to make some drawings for my customers. And I don't like to keep them waiting (what DS is doing with me).
