I just downloaded DS v2015, and even though I got the message thru my email, that it says Thank you, your activation was successful! I still can not get it to work because I keep getting an error message that it has stopped working. WHAT TO DO NOW?

I need this continue for me I have been using it long time and now that I have migrated to WWindows 7 Pro, it should not be a problem - right!
