I guess it's your business, but I doubt if the user categories are telling you much about who is using your software :-)

I my case the nearest choice for work area is "construction" and nearest title is "draftsman" (or is it draftsperson?). 

I would have thought the work area list could include Architecture, Town Planning,  Building Design etc , and the title list would need to include Principal at least?
