I have a couple users that are experiencing DS crashes and hangs. The event description is: "The program DraftSight.exe version 12.0.2.51585 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel." The event ID is 1002. They are using Windows 7 64 bit machines and Microsoft Office is 32 bit. Common NVidia graphics card and common amount of RAM. The user cannot give me what conditions cause the crash. It appears to be random while using DS. Any help would be appreciated.
