I have grandfathered DS STD.

My Colleague wants DraftSight, but STD is no longer available, only Pro.

What are the differences between the two?

Are they backwards / forwards compatible?

Are the interfaces the same, or different?

Should I go ahead and upgrade to Pro at the same time?
