DS "Product not licensed or has expired"

Hello, one of the users I support has reported that he is getting an error message "Product not licensed or has expired" when attempting to run the application.

The user had Beta1 and has been upgraded to Beta2 and activated when it came out and has been using it fine since. There is no license manager so how can i help him without the application running?

I will be Uninstalling and Reinstalling in a day or 2.
