Hell since we purchased ds pro licence we have issue while the free was working perfectly !

after few hours / days we are unable to open the print dialog box (this is the same for open save dialog box). just hear a dong when you try to click or use anything. looks like the dialog box IS opened but not showing anything and wait an input, so we have the dong as we click outside the button...

one solution was to delete the profile and restart ds until the same issue occurs

it was better with 2020 sp1 but few days ago the same issue restart

we have made a clean install of ds 2020 sp3

but the issue is that we can no more open a print dialog box even after deleting the profile....

really a shame ! months that we have this issue with no solution provided !
