I have been using Draftsight 2019 on Microsoft 10 x64 (Standard License) for a while and I had no problems so far. Recently I had an issue with the interface and I had to re-install it with the 2020 SP2 upgraded version. The problem is that now every time I open the program it generates a crash report and it would not start. It opens the splash screen and then it shows the message from the screenshot below. I tried to clean re-install (changing folder names from previous installation, renaming registry keys, updating GPU drivers) but none of those worked and I can't use the software.

I sent the crash report to performance@draftsight.com but there is no answer yet.

Does anyone else have such problem? Any help is highly appreciated!
