I'm a medium experience CAD user, and I've recently upgraded to DraftSight 2016 X64 SP0.

Because of my inexperience, many times I increase the size of my dimensions so they are easier to see & read by tabbing down through the various data fields on the Properties toolbar and adjusting the values as I'm tabbing.

Since my 2016 SP0 upgrade, when I tab through the data fields they act as if they are "right justified" rather than "left justified" as I've always experienced before.  This forces me to use the left arrow key in EACH data field I've tabbed into so I can view the Properties icon and value (I display the icon only)

Obviously I can adjust the width of the Properties toolbar, but to keep my Model & Sheet views as large as possible I would prefer not to.  In relative terms, I previously set the Properties toolbar & Tool Matrix width at "1x", but now because of the "left justification" occurring in the data fields I have to set the toolbar width at "3x" to keep both the icon and data visible.

I've probably done 10+ software upgrades since I discovered Draftsight and have always been able to restore the user interface back to the way I prefer - but not this time...
