I've just downloaded the DraftSight software, but although it seems to open the drawing isn't displayed on the screen. The file is dispalyed in the preview window before i click on the file to open it. The file does open as the file name appears at the top of the screen. But it is just a black blank screen that i can see.in the model. In the sheet 1 & 2 tabs they are just blank white screens as well. The version of auto cad that the drawing has been done is LT 2005. This software would be very useful to use and i would appreciate some help in trying to get it to work.
