When draft site 2019 is used in win10, drawing territory won't move any more several minutes later. Specifically, you can't move any more a zooming and left, right, up or down. An index (cursor) isn't also described any more.
But that there are no problems with behavior on the command window and that you're usually able to preserve it can check it.
When developing the file in the middle of drawing, drawing territory won't move any more immediately.
