Hi, I've seen this happen a few times.  I have a drawing that is rotated on the screen.  Everything is turned almost 90 degrees including the titleblock and UCS is rotated to match.  The UCS is set to "World", but "World" UCS is rotated.  Is there a way to get it to look right on the screen?  In this particular case the drawing looks ok when I open it with the old 2010 DWG Editor, but in DraftSight it's rotated.
