I am new to DraftSight and learning how to use it. Have studied many tutorials and learning resources and now starting to draw a real project. Draftsight recommends drawing in full scale in model view and use unitless scale in block units.

I prefer to draw in mm. I have set the grid settings at 10mm. Now how can I draw straight lines 4m long on my laptop screen. It extends beyond grid and can not see. I am using 297 x 210 (A4) drawing size.

This may be a basic question and will appreciate help.
