I have a user who has reported an issue with a high spec laptop with draft sight, other CAD programs work with no issues but when  zooming in/out it flickers and when moving the drawing it doesn't move smoothly and jumps. 

I have reinstalled etc and forced windows to use the GPU rather than let windows decide

Any advice?
