I tried to find the answer to the question below but I could not find it in the FAQ and Wiki sections.

I changed the file location folder using Options>File Locations>Drawing Support>Drawing File Location

In spite of that, the Open command always uses the following folder when first used after starting Draftsight :

C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes\\DraftSight\\bin

Once I have saved a drawing in my file location folder, the "Open" command remembers it but at each new startup of Draftsight the problem occurs again.
