I have been using the free version of Draftsight for several years with no issues. I just purchased the new 2019 version and it immediately crashes upon opening any drawing, including the sample drawings included with the software.

1) The command prompt is frozen on Rebuilding Viewports...

2) I cannot switch between Model and Sheet 1

3) The cursor is not visible on the model background but it visible on the command window background.
