Hello Draftsight Team

we are using Draftsight 2011 version. Since i am a beginner i have a query which i tried to solve but didn't succed. So my question is :

Since i have to draw a circle using two circle's tangent point and radius So i selected TTR command. I take the following steps:

Draw

then an instruction appears in the command window is "Specify The first Tangency" So i clicked a tangent point on first circle but nothing appears on the drawing Screen but an Instruction in the command window indicates: "USE Tangent Esnap". i Cross checke in the Esnap setting, Tangent is marked already. So How can i draw the circle.

whereas i had seen many CAD videos there Command instructions are different for TTR. i.e, Instruction is like Specify the object point tangent to the first circle.

If there is any video of draft sight which define all the above procedure then kindly share this to me.and resolve this asap. I am looping with this for a long time. Attached is the snapshots of the draftsight page of my Screen.
