One of my users cannot seem to activate the free version of DraftSight x64 version.
We get the email but every time the software opens, it says it’s running out of activation and will not acknowledge that registration has occurred. I have checked all the internet values and they are correct, no affected by a proxy, as the user uses Office 365 on a daily basis, so I know there’s no proxy gateway or internet issues as I can connect to the machine via VNC no problem.
They have successfully sent an activation request as evident from the email sent back but the software refuses to acknowledge it. I have tried uninstalling the whole suite and reinstalling it but to no avail.
Has anyone seen this before? Can you help?
