Older version expired.  Downloaded 2015 onto Mac Snow Leopard (with all latest updates,) now new version won't open.  Error report says:

Draftsight cannot be opened because of a problem.

Dyld Error Message:

Library not loaded: /usr/lib/libc++.1.dylib

Reason: image not found

Any suggestions?
