My computer did an automatic update 8/14/2016. Since then my draftsight (free version) has not worked at all. I have restarted the computer various times. I have done a system restore. That did not work either. I contacted a computer repair agency that does remote services,, control the computer and fix it form another place. They were not able to fix it. I deleted draftsight and re-downloaded it. * TIMES. Still nothing and the draftsight Tech support won't even talk to me since I am only a free user. I have used it for years. I am beyond frustrated! Was it the update that caused this? Is draftsight now incompatible with the updated version of Windows 10? Can anyone help, all I need is a good computer technician that also knows draftsight.
