Do Draftsight enterprise licenses could be hosted on a "managed DSLS server"?

A client need to install Draftsight. However, they only have VM servers. Therefore, we cannot install DSLS on these VMs.

If managed DSLS is not an option, can you please advise a solution?

Please note that I am a CPE partner. Therefore, I cannot provide licenses using SolidNetwork License Manager.
