Hi there team,

The draftsight.deb appears to install OK on my Linux box (no errors reported) but when I attempt to run it by selecting the application in the launcher it loads and immediately freezes becoming unresponsive.  I am unable to close the program.  A quick look at the Task Manager and I see that a crash reporting task has started running with as much CPU as it can get - I have waited quite some time and this task has never ended by itself thus the only way to close DraftSight is to terminate this process and then the DraftSight process as well.

If I try to run DraftSight by double clicking a .dwg or .dxf file it does attempt to load the file but then announces that it has to close and that I can save a recovered file.  It also starts this crash reporting process which does not end on its own.

Please help!

By the way, I have also tried to run DraftSight under Wine and this too will not run on my machine, its errors are different but I would be satisfied with getting an install under Wine working.
