Draftsight will not authorize

I have a computer with DraftSight installed on it.  After starting the program and filling out the authorization information, no confirmation email is sent to finalize the authorization.  I have checked the company SPAM filters and junk email folders but cannot find the email.  Consequently the user at this computer is presented with an authorization dialog every time the program is launched.  For the moment this is a minor inconvenience but the program will eventually not run once the trial period is done.  This is not an issue for other computers/users around this user.  Why would the authorization not work on this computer?
