Hello - I've got a question regarding V1R5.2 - Please note, until now, I've had virtually NO issues with Draftsight for ~>4 years (using Windows XP (32) via my employer's network), but lately, am experiencing total crashes - booted out of Draftsight - every time I try to access print / print preview / print config.mgr... The following are three ERROR - related messages following these 3 different crashes:

1)

"Draftsight: Draftsight.exe - Application Error   The exception unknown software exception (0x0000409) occurred in the application at location 0x109f2284."

2)

"Error Signature      Event Type: BEX  P1: DraftSight.exe  P2: 12.0.3.53883  P3: 539c46a5  P4: HP2030SU.DLL  P5: 2012.1204.1.61918  P6: 50bded80  P7: 00032284  P8: c0000409  P9: 00000000"

3)

"Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action register_dsAutomationDII, location: ...\\dsAutomation..."

I have heard a bit about this online and heard that removal / reinstall of Draftsight did not resolve this issue (?). Any ideas / suggestions would help tremendously - thanks!
