Hi! I have a problem installing Draftsight V1R3 64bit  on Windows 7 x64. The installer runs fine untll the phase "Starting services" after a few minutes it says that the Draftsight API Service cant be started. I'm an administrator on that PC and I've tried to run the setup as "run as administrator".

V1R2.1 installs fine and I'm using it for now...

What should I do to make V1R3 64bit  installer working?
